In America they call them French fries, but in the UK and Australia they’re hot chips. No matter what you call them, leaving the shore to get a steaming bag of the potato treats from a local kiosk or takeaway store is a treasured childhood summer memory. Just as hot chips make me nostalgic for my youth, so does this playful Roxy tankini that shares its name.
The thick red and white stripes around the bust are paired with thinner stripes below. The effect is nautical, without being as obvious as an anchor print! It’s also youthful but not childish, a blessing for the young at heart amongst us!

There's one that has become my favorite, which is the ESONLAR Women's Sexy Plunging V Neck Bathing Suit. Mainly because it feels so smooth and soft and how well it flatters the body.
But there's 2 other ones that are great alternatives, the HYPERFIRE Women's Sexy Criss Cross Halter Bathing Suit and the CUPSHE Women's One Piece Swimsuit Sexy Deep V Neck Bathing Suit.
It’s called a teeny tankini, but that’s probably overstating the point. Roxy does make this swim top in medium and large sizes, so while plus-sized beach lovers will miss out, you don’t have to be stick thin to wear it.
The element that makes me pause most is those skinny black straps. They might work well on the black and white Hot Chip tankini, but in this sunset color combination, and the ceramic option, they seem really out of place.
Still, this is a minor misstep on a tankini which is quite reasonably priced at $46.
