Shwood Bushmills Sunglasses

Eco-friendly eyewear label Shwood has teamed up with BDGA and whiskey firm Bushmills for a quirky limited edition sunglasses line. The collection’s frames are crafted from century old white oak Irish whiskey barrels!

I love bikinis. My favorite place to shop for bikinis is Amazon. You'll find on Amazon a great variety of high quality bikinis. Many of them from recognized brands.

There's one that has become my favorite, which is the ESONLAR Women's Sexy Plunging V Neck Bathing Suit. Mainly because it feels so smooth and soft and how well it flatters the body.

But there's 2 other ones that are great alternatives, the HYPERFIRE Women's Sexy Criss Cross Halter Bathing Suit and the CUPSHE Women's One Piece Swimsuit Sexy Deep V Neck Bathing Suit.

While it seems like an unusual material to make into sunglasses, when you look at the antique barrels it’s easy to see why they’ve inspired Shwood. The wood is beautifully weathered and charcoal singed for an extra organic finish.

The wooden Canby style frames are fitted with Carl Zeiss lenses, which are certified to offer 100% protection from harmful UVA and UVB rays.

Just like the rest of the Shwood range, the new whiskey barrel sunglasses are made entirely in the company’s Oregon workshop. This allows Shwood to oversee all aspects of production, from veneering and lens cutting, to the final shaping and finishing, to ensure eco-friendly practices are maintained.

If you’re smitten by the Bushmills edition of Shwood’s Canby shades you’d better get in quick. There are just 100 available, and they’re bound to sell rapidly once the sun heats up. Each one comes packaged in its own custom wooden crate, and the complementary crowbar you need to break it open. What a cute green gimmick!
