Saved T-Shirts

As a lover of clean oceans and unpolluted sands I’ve been a long-time admirer of Green Thing, an initiative which encourages folks around the world to lead greener lives. Now the group has launched Saved, a new program which helps us cover up on the beach while doing our bit for the planet.

I love bikinis. My favorite place to shop for bikinis is Amazon. You'll find on Amazon a great variety of high quality bikinis. Many of them from recognized brands.

There's one that has become my favorite, which is the ESONLAR Women's Sexy Plunging V Neck Bathing Suit. Mainly because it feels so smooth and soft and how well it flatters the body.

But there's 2 other ones that are great alternatives, the HYPERFIRE Women's Sexy Criss Cross Halter Bathing Suit and the CUPSHE Women's One Piece Swimsuit Sexy Deep V Neck Bathing Suit.

The movement literally sees T-shirts “saved” from landfill. Unwanted tees are sent to the Green Thing team, who add a funky design and a personalized story before selling them on. It’s like a thrift store for the digital age, although it’s got some added design cred.

Eco-conscious celebs like Imogen Heap and Marina and the Diamonds have jumped on the bandwagon, which is currently gathering speed. You can join these green stars and get involved through the Green Thing online store. So why not rescue someone else’s loved tee, or finally part with those too-small ones in your own closet? All monies raised helps to sustain Green Thing’s planet saving activities.
