Oneill Rider Beach TowelO'Neill offers a contemporary alternative to beach towels with fussy prints or loud logos in this Rider towel.

I suppose the name was meant to allude to those of us who enjoy riding the waves, but it doesn't have a typical surf design. Instead bold red and white lines flash across the black background, creating an abstract design that's dynamic and just as appropriate for lads and ladies.

The O'Neill logo is placed discreetly in the bottom right corner; we can still see it but it doesn't look as obnoxious as so many company brands do.

The design is screen printed onto plush terry towel material. As its made from cotton it'll feel soft against your skin, and sop up the water from your flesh when you emerge from the waves. The size of 31 x 63 inches is quite generous, although anyone of a bigger build may long for a few more inches.

At $30 there's certainly an element of paying for the name rather than the beach towel, but it's still not likely to break your beach gear budget. If the black is a little too masculine for your tastes, the same towel is also available with a white background and gray stars.
