Oakley has joined forces with the Young Survival Coalition (YSC) for a new Breast Cancer Awareness eyewear collection. This is the third year the surf brand has partnered with the charity which helps young breast cancer survivors through their illness.
The new range features these cute sunglasses known as the Discreet, a pair of prescription frames called the Hearsay RX, and high-performance snow goggles dubbed the Stockholm.
The new kids are being sold alongside the Dangerous, Enduring, Ravishing, and Commit styles from previous years. A great pair of shades never goes out of style after all, particularly when it's helping a good cause.
To date the partnership between Oakley and YSC has raised more than $1 million, a figure which will be added to this year with Oakley donating $20 from the sale of each pair of limited edition glasses. That seems like a bit of a token gesture considering that the new shades cost a whopping $180, but I suppose it's better than nothing!
