Mike Ming Sunglass Hut WayfarersSunglass Hut has teamed up with Ray-Ban and New York painter Mike Ming for this year's Sunglass Hut Artist Series.

Mike Ming has put his unique stamp on a limited edition collection of Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses, which are sold exclusively through SunglassHut.com.

$30 from the sale of each pair of $174.95 shades will benefit OneSight, a charity which helps to restore the sight of needy people around the world.

"We're thrilled to work with Mike Ming for the latest installment of the Sunglass Hut Artist Series," said Marcello Favagrossa, Vice President of Marketing, Sunglass Hut North America. "With his bold and fluid use of color to illustrate movement and motion that is reminiscent of bike riding, skateboarding, and surfing, Mike brings a new chapter to the history of the Artist Series."

Ming has incorporated his own influences in the designs, from cartoon and comic characters to aboriginal designs and modern art. Each one is signed and numbered, and sold with a certificate of authenticity.

"It is an honor to follow in the footsteps of the other artists who have had the privilege to create works of art for the Sunglass Hut Artist Series," said Ming. "I was excited to use sunglasses as my canvas and have my work contribute to a great charitable cause."

If you want a pair you'll need to get in quick. Just 100 were made, so they're bound to go quickly!
