For many years Nicole Richie’s look was defined by her oversized sunglasses. So it makes sense that the socialite turned designer has offered some new shades via her House of Harlow 1960 fashion label.
These Willow sunglasses are a real departure from the enormous ones that Nicole herself used to sport. They’re large but not massive, with a classic round frame and protective gradient black lenses. While they’re a bit more demure than the sunglasses Richie made famous, that doesn’t mean they’ll suit everybody. While they’re perfect for square and oval faces, they’ll make round faces appear even rounder. The black color is also very dramatic, so it really needs a tan to minimize the contrast. Pale skin will only emphasize the Harry Potter quality of the shades!

At $107 they’re also not a bad price either. We can find plenty of sunglasses cheaper of course, and many even with comparable looks, but they don’t boast the same designer pedigree. It’s the little things like the leather traveling pouch which make all the difference.
