Coolibar has always been a go-to brand for beach goers, but I think it’s let its faithful down with this rather lackluster Sedona tote.
I’ve never expected fashion forward style from Coolibar, but I always expect its accessories to do the job. Unless you travel light to the beach, this bag isn’t going to cut it. You’ll be lucky to fit a beach towel inside, let alone a pair of swimmers, change of clothes, flip flops, and some light reading material.
I love bikinis. My favorite place to shop for bikinis is Amazon. You'll find on Amazon a great variety of high quality bikinis. Many of them from recognized brands.
There's one that has become my favorite, which is the ESONLAR Women's Sexy Plunging V Neck Bathing Suit. Mainly because it feels so smooth and soft and how well it flatters the body.
But there's 2 other ones that are great alternatives, the HYPERFIRE Women's Sexy Criss Cross Halter Bathing Suit and the CUPSHE Women's One Piece Swimsuit Sexy Deep V Neck Bathing Suit.
It’s tempting when a bag’s a bit small to try to overstuff it, but I’d caution against it. Woven straw is summery but notoriously brittle, particularly once it’s been exposed to salty sea air. Pushing it past its capacity is only likely to result in torn straw and a busted zip.
The choice of SPF 50+ certified material is also odd. I know that sun smart is Coolibar’s schtick, but does anyone really need this in a beach bag? The things stashed inside don’t need to fear sunburn after all!
If you can travel light though, this beach bag does deliver more than the average. The secure zip top is a nice touch, and I also like the zippered pocket inside. Too many beach bags are open to the elements, and I’m sure swimmers will appreciate the extra security.
At $19.99, the Sedona is one of the more affordable beach bags on the market, but serious sun lovers will still find it lacking.
